Its always fun to share your pictures and videos with friends and family and these days specially with the buzz about ‘web 2.0′ every one is uploading and sharing their moments with their loved ones.
Most of the videos that people share are captured by digicams or cell phone cameras and then uploaded to video sharing sites or social networks, how ever if you plan to make a video from scratch then you would need some decent piece of software and that costs money.
But if you aren’t very picky and would do with just a simple web app that can deliver you a 60 second video in 3 simple steps then you should give a try to Flixtime.

Flixtime is an online video creation service or a web-app which lets you create a free 1 minute video one you sign up on their website. Signing up is pretty easy, no waiting for confirmation email. Once you create your account you can immediately start creating video by clicking ‘create a new video’. You’ll be taken to your user area and from there you can kick off making videos.
Flixtime allows you to upload your own photos and and audio/video clips or you can also use the ‘media lounge’ which has got some quite a few choices from different categories. after you’re done adding images and audio, you can click ‘render video’ and your video will be processed.
Once the video is processed it will load automatically if you stay on the page and you’ll be emailed as well.
All in All i think Flixtime is a basic but pretty useful website so quickly and easily create videos. One drawback is that it only allows you to create 60 sec vid which is most often not enough, also it only allows you to add one piece of audio…but then again its a very basic service but a useful one. So do check it out.
